AKOMAASA YOUTH PERFORMANCE COMPANY
AkomaAsa Arts boasts a successful performance company made up of a variety of our young performers. Children & Young People are selected for AkomaAsa Arts Youth Performance Company.
The Youth Performance company work and collaborate with a diverse range of artists, choreographers, dancers, musicians. Pieces of new work are created and existing repertoire rehearsed for different events throughout the year. Being part of the company enables the young people to build and develop skills for dance, music and theatre, learn how to work beyond their ability as part of a team and to progress on or off stage in the arts industry.

The audition will be held at Stockwell Primary School, SW9 9TG. All applicants will need to be 10+ and able to attend weekly rehearsals on Saturday's from 10:00am - 12:00pm in line with our term dates. Please note there will be additional rehearsals added outside of these rehearsals when we are booked for performances.
The Performing Arts program accepts applications through a process that includes a FREE taster day held in September and January each year. This opportunity is open to individuals aged 6 to 16+. If you're interested in applying for admission, you can contact the organisation at info@akomaasa.com.
